Cancellation
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 12-24 hours after orders placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope you can understand in this key point.
Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.According to our cancellation policy, if you want to cancel your order ,we will deduct free from your payment. If you have any question about order please email us.
Exchanges
Simply return your original item(s), and place a new order. We will ship your new order immediately, reducing wait time for replacement items. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue an immediate credit.
Quality Problems.
In 14 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and exchanged. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.
